The BSA Team
Behind the idea of BSA is Jack Felix, ex Special Forces and Neil Martin, a B2B comms specialist. Collaborators on a number of projects, they saw a need for practical security advice in an increasingly dangerous environment for SMEs.
They found it remarkable that school children are told what to do should a shooter enter their school, but adults in a business environment, rarely have such training.
Companies are mostly prepared for a financial catastrophe, provided by highly experienced government officials and accountants.
The BSA Continuity Briefing does not replace this valuable advice, but offers alternative scenarios and protocols for a wide range of what ifs.
Jack Felix has drawn up a Briefing document based on his experience in the British Army’s Special Forces – how he was trained to cope with certain situations.
It is designed to provide people who work in business premises with an idea of not only how they could cope with a given catastrophic event, but how they can adopt the right mindset in terms of preparation and approach.
Jack Felix

A British Army veteran, Jack is ex-UK Special Forces and a former Senior Officer.
He is now C-Suite Executive (COO) & Author, Leadership Advisor, Coach, and Key Note Speaker, helping other Executives find their Ground Truth.
Please note that Jack Felix is a nom de plume which I use for security reasons due to the nature of the work that I have carried out during my service with the UK’s Armed Forces. There is no intention to deceive; simply to protect both my family’s security and mine. My experience is genuine and leadership has been my life’s journey. I’m still learning, and love to learn from your experiences too, so please follow my ramblings and share yours.
